Just how much do YOU fear?
Survival fear which directs our instincts is fine. But fear of superficial things is a paralysing emotion which stops you in your tracks. If you are fearful, you cannot act. You will just worry and fret instead! So fear is the biggest obstacle to personal progress and achievement.
Negative feelings make us feel demotivated, insignificant and VERY fearful. Everything becomes difficult. Such feelings affect our perception of what we can DO and achieve, how much we are valued. Positive feelings of self worth make us reach for the skies.
TEST YOUR FEAR WITH THIS TWO-PART QUIZ.
Complete both parts of the quiz (both scores should be near to each other.) Then check your scores with the key at the end of the quiz.

SCORING KEY
0-12: You are obviously pretty fearless - perhaps not even fearing death, which is unusual. You believe in yourself and you believe in life, which is a powerful combination for making the most of what you have been given. You are a natural winner in many ways, especially in the quality of your life, because you are likely to be very confident, empowered and contented.
12-24: Not much bothers or scares you. You are the type who, though you might be vulnerable in a crisis, takes life as it comes. You don't worry about the past or future and your expectations are realistic, which helps you to deal with the knocks when they come. However, you need to trust yourself more to get rid of any unnecessary anxiety.
25-38: You are largely confident but because you are likely to lack self-esteem there is always a conflict going on in your head which brings out your worst fears more often than not. You need to be less ambiguous in your approach, believe in yourself a little more, and stop worrying about the future. You cannot change anything in it because you might only have today. If you could be less controlling of your life and just let go, you would be surprised at the improved quality and new opportunities.
39-54: You have a lot of fears because you have too many rigid expectations of others which need to change. You also seek their approval and when it does not come as expected, you get even more fearful of life and its possibilities. Fear robs you of a life. You have a lot going for you so there is no need to be fearful of living. Let go off some things like the past, forgive a little more and trust your instincts. It's usually right.
57-68: You have too many fears because of your painful experiences and your low self-esteem. You seem to go round expecting the worst to happen and of course it does, just as you predicted it. People also find you tiresome to be with which is likely to reinforce your fears about being alone. However, you only ever get what you think and if you go round fearing your age, fearing being hurt and even fearing love, what kind of life is that? Life is what we make it. And how are you making yours just now? Riddled with fear?
69-80: Are you truly alive? You have so many fears you are just existing. Life must be a very miserable and unfulfilling experience for you. Unless you change some of your negative mindsets, and really start to apprectiate each day and the people who matter, this poor, limiting quality of life is all you will ever have, which would be such a waste of your talents and opportunities.
