For each statement, select a reply that DEFINITELY applies to you.
SCORE KEY for Confidence Levels:
31-35: Your confidence is very high on all fronts. You are a well balanced achiever, without a doubt. The world is certainly your oyster! Go for it!
24-30: You are a rather confident person, with a lot going right for you. However, you do have some doubts and fears about yourself which can get in the way of your progress. These fears also tend to block your desires and need to be addressed to do justice to yourself.
16-23: You need to change some of your limiting beliefs and start to LIVE. You are inconsistent in your views and approach because of recurring fears relating to life and others; to trust a little more rather than dreading the worst. You miss out on a lot because of your needless insecurities which tend to make you more sceptical and critical. People can only treat you how you treat yourself, so start valuing you now, and being more trusting, assertive and caring, and see the difference in their reaction and your success.
11-15: Your confidence is very low because you tend to be too introspective. You are often confused about where you are going because you have low self-esteem and LOTS of fears about life. You find it difficult to settle on any solid goal, hence your choices are always changing, which gives few results and makes you feel even more inadequate and insecure. Yet you want to be liked and perhaps go out of your way to seek approval too much, and this does not lead to respect from others. You need to stop telling yourself negative things, to trust yourself and your instincts more, to start valuing YOU as a significant person and to seek approval much less. Just be you with pride.
7-10 You come across as a self absorbed individual who finds it difficult to relate to others because you think so little of yourself. You are plagued with doubts and fears, you prefer others to act first and are afraid of making mistakes, not surprising, when your confidence and self-esteem are at rock bottom. Yet those mistakes help you to grow by teaching you new things. Lots of work needed on your social skills if you are to be more confident and to achieve your true potential.
