* BA (Open) PGCE MA (Cantab)
* World authority on Emotional Health
*Most Noted and Quoted British woman on the Internet.

"It seems that I share one major thing with psychologist Abraham Maslow (Hierarchy of Needs): feeling somewhat frustrated with the psychological terms at the time, he made up his own, with dramatic effect and a lasting legacy!

Though none of my subjects is new, they all come under the very important but neglected heading of emotional health. They have a different emphasis and approach for our hectic and transient society, making them more relevant, meaningful and applicable to daily life.

Armed with tremendous confidence and the belief that anything is possible at any age, I have arrived at this exciting stage. I have been self taught since my first degree many years ago, doing hundreds of hours of research and learning much from the thousands of emails received from grateful readers over the years.

I seem to have a natural gift for understanding people and empathising with them. Thus I find it easy to write, often with words pouring from me like a burst dam! I thoroughly enjoy my work and hope you find it useful too. Thanks for dropping by to keep me company."
